We charge using a flat-rate system, so there are no surprises with our prices. You're told how much the repair is going to cost in advance. We're not a franchise and there are no sales quotas.
Service and Repair:
We provide service of residential hot water and steam boilers; gas, electric, and oil furnaces; air conditioners and geothermal heat pumps. We can also repair ductwork too.
Annual Preventative Maintenance Contracts:
Includes Spring and Fall checkups and a discount on parts and labor if additional work is necessary and you have a service agreement. Regular inspections of your heating and air conditioning units are important for energy efficiency and can prolong the life of the system.
Replacement and Installation:
Are your utility bills too high? System broken beyond repair, or do you you want to upgrade due to a safety or reliability issue? New systems are far more efficient today than they were 10 years ago. Depending upon the age of your equipment a new system can save as much as one half of what your existing unit costs to operate. We offer free estimates on replacement units and new construction.
